Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms cover the private beta. They will be completed with the operator's registered legal details before the public launch.
The service
Replixy lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages on an Instagram professional account you control, through the official Instagram API. During the beta, features can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe, and connect only Instagram accounts you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for what your automations send.
Acceptable use
- Follow Meta's terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines, including their messaging rules.
- Message only people who asked: by commenting your keyword or writing to you.
- No spam, no misleading offers, nothing illegal, hateful or harmful.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may pause an automation or an account that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk, and we will tell you why.
Your content and data
Your messages, links and contacts stay yours. We use them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them by writing to hello@replixy.com.
Price
During the beta, any price is agreed with you before you pay anything. Pricing will be published before the public launch, and you will choose whether to continue.
No guarantee
Replixy is provided as it is during the beta. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered, or that Instagram will never limit an account. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or followers.
Ending
You can stop using Replixy at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the beta with reasonable notice by email.
