Delete your data

Two ways to remove what Replixy holds about you. Either one works, and neither costs anything.

If you commented on, or messaged, an account that uses Replixy

  1. Send a direct message to that Instagram account, from the same Instagram account you used, saying Delete my data. Or email hello@replixy.com with your Instagram username and the account you interacted with.
  2. We check that the request comes from you, then delete your Instagram ID, username, the messages linked to you and any email address you sent.
  3. We confirm when it is done, within 30 days at most.

If you use Replixy for your own account

  1. Disconnect Instagram in Replixy under Settings, or remove Replixy in the Instagram app under Settings, then Apps and websites.
  2. Email hello@replixy.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete your workspace.
  3. We delete your account, your Instagram tokens, your automations and the contacts they collected, and confirm by email within 30 days.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices once paid plans exist, and nothing else.
