Who we are
Replixy (replixy.com and app.replixy.com) is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation service run by Ayoub MEP. Contact for anything about your data: hello@replixy.com.
If you comment on, or message, an Instagram account that uses Replixy
When you comment a keyword under a Reel, or send a keyword by direct message, to an account that uses Replixy, we receive from Instagram and store:
- your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, and the comment or message that triggered the automation;
- the messages sent to you, their delivery status, and whether you tapped a button in the conversation;
- an email address, only if you choose to send one in the conversation.
We use this to send you what you asked for, to avoid sending it twice, and to show the account owner which requests were answered. If you send your email address, the account owner may email you about related resources; you can opt out at any time. We do not verify that an email address sent in Instagram belongs to you.
Reply STOP in the conversation to stop the automated messages. To have your data deleted, see data deletion.
If you use Replixy for your own account
We store your name, email address and password (as a secure hash), your workspace, the Instagram professional account you connect, its access token (encrypted, and renewed automatically while you stay connected), your automation settings, and the contacts and messages your automations handle.
We use this only to run the service for you. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from Settings, or by removing Replixy in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
If you join the beta list on this website
We store your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date and wording of your consent, to send you a beta invite and product news. Unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time by writing to hello@replixy.com.
Where data is stored and who processes it
Data is stored on our own server, hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. Instagram data comes from Meta through the official Instagram API, under Meta's terms. Transactional emails are sent through our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app at app.replixy.com uses essential session and security cookies so you can sign in.
How long we keep data
Automation records are kept while the account owner uses Replixy, so that nobody receives the same message twice, and are deleted on request or when the account owner deletes their workspace. Beta list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@replixy.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as Morocco's Law 09-08 or the EU's GDPR give you these rights, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes are announced to account owners by email.
